go to SMOD transction and enter M* and do F4 than you will find the list of user exit
now if oyu want to check that what all user exit you have used than go to CMOD and enter your project name and you will see here the list
but if you really want to see the user exit and the purpose of usage
go to SPRO and in every sub module have developement enhancement object
if you click on this you will see the list of user exit with little explanation.
e.g. Purchasing user exit

here you will find the user exit for Purchasing
like wise for IM
