hi gurus

On the packing list VN04 there is a place for material number to print and it looks like its 6 digits long but the material numbers are supposed to be 7 so 1 of the diggits is being dropped. can u help me out in this.

Hi sweta,

You can take the help of your tech consultant to increase the field length to match your requirment.this is done in the output program.That you can find it in NACE T-code.

Goto Se16 - Table Name - TNAPR - Display

Goto Contents (Control + Shift + F10)

KSCHL - VN04

NACHA - 1 and Press F8

Here you will be having the program and script for the Output type VN04.

Please ask your Abaper to do the changes in the script as per the requirement.

Hi,

Please take help from ABAPer and debug that output program then u will come to know how characters they have maintained for material,..
