ECC Billing Document in CRM Creditmemo

We are creating credit memo request in CRM, once these credit memo are replicated to ECC, we create credit memo (billing document) in ECC with reference credit memo request.

In CRM,in credit memo, we will find ECC billing document number in assignment block ‘billing transactions’, but when we click to open billing document, system is displaying blank page, it is not displaying any information from billing document.

Note :We have not configured any billing document in CRM , hence, CRM credit memo request does not have any copy control between billing document .

Can you pls tell me what configuration is necessary to display ECC billing document from CRM credit memo request from assignment block ‘billing transaction’?
