Dear All,

During costing run i am getting error"Cost component split for the material 300333 in plant 1120 not saved"

kindly tell me where most probably the error would be.

Hi Check the activity price for that material ( activity maintained in the WC )

The problem is solved ,since the user had already run the costing and was running it for the second time ,this error was occuring.

Dear Manisha,

In which T code you are getting this error?

Is it in CK11N or CK40N?

1.please check the following whether Origin group is assigned for all the raw materials.

2.whether planned price's are given for all the raw-materials in costing2 view.

3.If there's any Sub-contracted component's under the parent material,proper Info record for sub-

contracting exists.

I am getting this error in CK40N.Material is packing material.Sub contracting is not assigned.Planned Price is also given in the material matster costing view.

Hi Manisha,

Check the Cost estimate of the material material , for the plant for which you are running the main costing run. that means....FG plant and SFG plant should be same and Cost should be completed for the SFG with the same plant and also check the other material for which whether PIR record maintained or not
