License Expiry System messages


Everytime a user logs on our system we get the follwing set of system messages that have no implication on the running of SAP. The contractor installed the new licenses from the temporary licenses and these messages still plague the system;

module <Professional User> expired on <20080806>

module <SAP AddOns> expired on <20080806>

module <Software Development Kit - Implementation Version> expired on <20080806>

module <SAP AddOns> expired on <20080806>

module <CRM Service User (Standalone)> expired on <20080806>

Is it the case that our contractor did half the work by not removing references to the old licenses? Or are these old system messages that need to be removed.

This is not impedeing the use of the program just unbeleivably annoying to see every morning.

What can be done? and can it be done easily?
