GR value

Hi Gurus,,

one PO was created for 1 quantity with price 1750000.

The GR was made for 0.300, then the price should trigger 1750000*.3= 525000

but in GR the amount showing as 157500.

(the currencies r all same,)

why the difference??

how it came...

please suggest

Hi,

Before posting GR, u get one warning message as " quantity was deficit by 0.7kg". but GR is posted. if u go to the display mode for GR , system was trigger as 175000*0.3 = 52500 only in the Doc.info.

better to do the same once again and check.

I didnt understood clearly....

in Gr also , it is showing the same amount 157500 which is not correct caliculation

check your ORDER UNIT in PO and UNIT OF ENTRY in GR.

Hi,

Please check all the account entries, the material is standard price, i think balance amount goies to price differecen account.

Pl check account doc and find all a/c entries.
