There is a Balance in GR/IR clear Account how to clear it and why is there a balance

Use F.13 to clear the GR IR account. GR IR account can have balances when only the goods reciept is booked and no corresponding IR is done or when only the IR is done and no corresponding GR entry is passed

You Can cleare GR/IR by MR11.

In MR11, when you run the report, the purchase document # is the PO # for you to check what needs to be cleared.
