DB02 Issue

Hi,

Please help me with the following questions

1)How do we activate Database connection RFC in DB02,as the values for space overview are all zero.Its a new implementation.

2)I can not see a component as ST-A/PI in ECC6 however ST-PI is there.I have to update this add-on.

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

IT is SAP ECC6 on Oracle 10.0.2. OS AIX

1)I have worked on other platforms ,however in ECC6 there is some difference.IN DB02 it is asking for a RFC connection to Database.I have created a simple RFC to the server but that did not work.

The Values there are all Zero.OScollecter is also working.

2)I have already downloaded the add-on and also decompressed it.After decompressing it i have to appyit.But it does work because ST-A/PI component is not listed there(as for ex.ST-PI,SAP_BASIS).I m not able to Start it in SAINT as it is not listed.Do we need to do somthing else in ECC6

Hi,

Explain more details about your sap versions.

A. In ECC 6.0 , check with DBACOCKPIT transaction code.

DB02 ...click on Refresh button,

A. Download ST-A/PI add on from http://service.sap.com/downloads.

After downloading apply for ST-A/PI addon into your system through Tcode SAINT.
