First check the status of the queue by re activating it. It you still have the queue block please check the logs (Transaction -CFG1 in R/3 ) and also check SM59 for RFC connections

Dear AF,
This error usually occurs after a system copy.
Note 886103 explains this set up.
The destination rusapop1_C4P_00 is not in SM59 or logical system definition. Also this system is not maintained as APO system in transaction BD54.
The R/3 system is trying to transfer the data to RFC destination in APO that is not maintained in sm59. Normally the logical system should be the same as the RFC destination name.
You should check into transaction SM59 in R/3, please check the RFC destination settings and define the name of RFCdestination for APO.

Tibor

Hi,
If under stand correctly, the P.req is creted in APO and its sending to R/3 to get the R/3 number by the job the queue were blocked, please check in CPP1 and find the master data error in R/3 and activate again.
Mean time check in SLG1 in R/3 and give the object as CIF and find the error and rectify the error and activate the queue.

Prabhu
