Sales Tax on Freight

Hi,

I have two cases like:

case1. freight entered in the pricing conditions is not considered for the calculation of sales tax.

Basic priceED=Total1freight= Grand total

ST on 'Total1'

case2. freight entered in the pricing conditions is also considered for the calculation of ST

viz: Basic priceEDFreight=grand Total

St on "Grand Total'

what should i do in pricing/TAXINN so that both the cases are addressed?
