Hi ,

Can any please tell me what is the standard program and smartform for Billing..

I need to convert to Adobe form , If any standard program and for is for Adobe form it will very helpful

How to convert smartforms to Adobe forms

What are the steps to convert the smartform to Adobe formand Can I use the same program for smart and adobe form

Along with the above answer, this also may help you.

in SMARTFORMS , T.CODE give the name like '/SMB40*' and then press f4.

YOU WILL GET ALL THE LSIT OF STANDQARD SMARTFORMS AVAILABLE AND YOU IN fi, sd, mm modules.

to convert smartform into pdf, use the fuinction module CONVERT_OTF, this will help you out.

you go to tcode NACE. there u select V3 and clik output type check box.(that is for billing)

there RD00 is for standard billing , select proseccing type.

u ll see LB_BIL_INVOICE is the smartform and RLB_INVOICE is the print program

once u get the print output. go to SP02 get the spool number and execute on program in se38 RSTXPDFT4. give that spool number here , it ll conevert ur output in PDF.

if u are abaper ask ur sd consultant to assign output type for billing

then u go to vf03, select output type.

print this.

u ll get spool in sp02, then go tose38 to run that prg so that u can change in pdf.
