I am facing the following problem and your expert advise is neede
e.g. 02/07/2008 is working date. A staff take annual leave on 02/07/2008. The corresponding quota was reduced b y 1. That was fine.
02/07/2008 was changed to a nonworking date later (due to legal reason). I have created a substitution on that date. However, the quota was still reduced by 1. Is it possible for the quota to cater the combination of leave and subsitituion as well?
