Error Release for Purchase Requisition

Hi All

I want to Release for Purchase Requisition

I use T.Code ME55 but I can't tick check box (check box hide).

Could you please tell me why and how to repair ?

Go to SPRO - MM - Purchasing - Purchase Requisition - Define Screen Layout at Document Level Check Whether you have Defined Screen Layout for ME55 Trxn code.

If Yes, Remove the Option.

If Not, Check the Following Field Selection Fields :

FZ01 Release status 1

FZ02 Release status 2

FZ03 Release status 3

In check box when I run ME55 is no tick

I too chk the same in our system...

While running ME55 the chk box were active at that time that ME55 was not added in that Define Screen Layout at doc level..

So I add that ME55 n tried to disable the chk box... But thro that i cant...

Similar that FZ01 to 03 is thr.. Pls tell me after selecting that in which screen which chk box we need to give active or optional or display...

He is asking that only... I will also waiting for that.

I hope he is asking for the chk boxes appearing in ME55 screen next to the release group.. I mean that only if am right...

Hiii,

1) You can select all and go to list save release

2) you can click on single iem and go to list save release

3)You can click on item and go to individual release and save

HI,

Try to release the SAME purchase requistion through ME54N through the same user ID. Dont save the PR. see whether you are able to do so.

I think there is some object level authorisation missing.

If it is so then take a SU53 screen shot and send it to the basis.
