What file formats are supported for sending PO with Shopping cart

I am trying to set up the Shopping Cart with external catalog for Staples for a client. We want to send the PO automatically to Staples. Staples said they need the PO to be transferred to them in cXML(preferred), xCBL or EDI and not XML format. Does Business By Design support these formats and how do we set that up?

Hello Phylis,

Usually ByD system supports sending Purchase Order via XML or IDoc. In this scenario, maybe you can use a middleware system for converting the document to cXML or EDI.
