How to regenerate mail in the workflow ?

Hi all,

i have to resend the mail if the user doesnot respond in the given time.

How to regenerate the mail ? I can regenerate in the send mail or i have to use the activity for that.

Hi Raman.

I would like to suggest a reference, quite similar to your requirement,

[SDN Weblog - Standard Reference for Agent determination in workflow using custom table|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/5381] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];

There is loop condition, sends email/ work item till the condition is not met.

That condition can be re-configured to get desired outputs.
