Posting periods

Hi all I have an issue with MM posting period

When I close the posting period 03 with the fiscal year of 2009 in MMPV

it is giving one warning message as "The specific year 2009 is not the current calander year"

After passing tht warning message I executed the MMPV I got an LOg as

Incorrect records in control rec. of CoCd 2000; no conversion The current period (month/year) of the control record is 03 2009

Help me how to solve this issue
