cofirmation problem

while doing the confimation, system takes raw material qty on dev. & quality server is ok but in prod server qty of raw mat. takes more than required qty.why this is? what is the setting needed it?

Hi Narendra,

Please check BOM qty and Component scrap % and Operation scrap also check setting in Confirmations customization -OPK4 tranasaction.

You have to use user exit only to avoid it.

1.CONFPP02 - for checking good issue during confirmation

2.MBCF0002 - for Checking Confirmations during the Goods receipt.

Check any Assembly/Component Scrap is maintained??

Hi,

Check whether have you assigned any Assembly scrap % in MRP1 view of material master or Component scrap % in MRP4 view.

Check in BOM have you assigned Component scrap % or Operation scrap %.

If so remove and check the results.
