Form not showing the Description

When I print the BOL I am not getting the shipping description for certain materials. I am getting the description for most of the materials in my output except for a 1 or 2 materials . Everything looks ok as far as text entered and other stuff but somehow for these few materials the description dosent show up on the output form. What can be the reson for it and why is it not printing in the form.

Thanks

after thorough debugging I find that the dangerous goods test is overwriting the shipping instructions/descriptions but I dont know how to eliminate that so that my shipping instructions is displayed for those particular materials.

      Thanks

May be descriptions are not maintained for the language u r using in the form. Pl. check the text tables to confirm it.

      Hi!

Yes even I believe there is no config problem , and when I checked for the conditions too , I dont see any problem with that , but fail to understand why is it not showing the shipping description only for transportation materials.

      Thanks
