Reports on Appraisal Documents

Hello Everyone,

I developed a report on Appraisal Documents to display the element details also along with the appraisee name, appraiser name, appraisal document name and status. Element details are usually displayed on the second page of the report phap_admin_pa. But I developed the report to display it in the first page itself.

I am using the function modules, 'HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_LIST_XXL' and 'HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_DETAIL' to get the details. The program is running real slow because each appraisal document is going through the function 'HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_DETAIL'. Did anyone work on such requirement before or is there anyway that I can improve the performance of the report?

there are certain standard reports available in the BW system for appraisals, you can check the same.
