my travel request fiori app requirment

Hello experts!

we are in the process of implementing the "my travel request" firoi app.

the flow requirment is:

1. The employee submits a travel request (in custom workflow - trip status changes to "travel manager treatment")

2. the travel manager can display and edit all trips in status "travel manager treatment".the travel manager edit the trip details and press "finish" (in custom workflow - trip status changes to "employee review and approved")

3. The employee approves \ reject (if approved: in custom workflow - trip status changes to "trip request).

4. The manager approves \ reject trip in "approve travel request" app.

question is:

1. do you think the requirement is reasonable using the app extensions?

2. is there any standard way for the travel manager to display and edit all employee trips in "my travel request" app?

Dear all

We actually face the same problem according to point 2. We'd like to have an overview in Fiori for all accepted / open trip- and travel expense requests.

Would be nice to get some information about it.

Have you already checked the "on-behalf" feature delivered with SAP notes 2441151 and 2465451?

please note that the requirement is to display and edit all trip in "my travel request" app.

the notes you mentioned are for "My Travel and Expenses" app.

so the question is if it's possible to allow trip manager to manage all trips in "my travel request" app?
