Are u doing this to have your certificate signed by the CA? If yes, then instead of using Load button, use Generate CSR wherein provide the filename earlier Stored.

Hi Prateek,

Thanks for the reply. I have got my certificate signed by CA. The problem is importing the client certificate into the Trusted CA's.

When i try to import the client certificate into TrustedCA using the load button, after selecting the certi a pop up comes and asks for the password.

I tried with two diff certifi and this happens only to one which has got digital signature. I have asked the customer who sends the request and they are saying there is no such kind of password.

any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks,

Srini

Hi Srini,

I have exactly the same issue today, did you solve your issue ? Has someone else a clue ?

Our partner has just changed the authority certification (the new one is Go Daddy) and when loading their certificate in the trustedCA view, it prompts for a password, but our partner says that no password is required.

Thanks for your help,

G.
