US Tax types error (Urgent please)

Hello Gurus,

I have configured taxtype 01 for Tax authority"abcd" for tax company"efgh"

After that i hired one EMP for this Tax authority

But while I am simulating this emp , displaying the error

That is "Tax authority "abcd" at the date 07/18/2008 does not exist!

Please review and generate taxability model"

Please advise me on this
