Hi all,
I have a scenario on which i need help.
I create a Blanket PR with certain limits say $10000 and wanted to create multiple Blanket PO with reference to this Blanket PR.
The system should NOT allow me to exceed the limit mentioned in the Blanket PR.
For E.g.,
1st PO limit is $5000
2nd PO limit is $3000
If 3rd PO limit goes above $2000, the system should throw an error message.
How to configure this scenario?
Regards
B.Vijay
Hi,
Check whether in PR, you have activated "No Limits" indicator

Hi,
Message 06 076 is configured as Error message.
"No Limit" has NOT been ticked in the PR.
With the message 06 076 set as error message, the system behaves like this;
For E.g.,
PR created for limit $10,000
First PO can be created for value higher or lesser than the PR limit. Whatever is the PO value, the system does not allow you to create another PO with respect to the same PR.
Actual requirement is:
If the first PO limit is lesser than $10000 then the syetm shd allow the user to create another PO for the balance limit.
If the limit of the first PO is higher than the PR limit, then the system shd issue an Error message.
.
In SRPO Define Attributes for System Messages / OMCQ set Message No 06 076 as Error Message.

Ashok
