Shipment cost by hour

Hi, I need to calculate shipment cost by hour. The amount of hours is going to be reflected in VTTK-FAHZTDA. I created a price condition (C quantity - so I could load a price per hour and that could vary according to the hours in VTTK-FAHZTDA. i.e: 10 USD per 1 hour) - I tried using other types, instead of C, for example G or O, but in that case I cant load conditions as described, but as a fixed amount. For that condition we created a routine for base calculation (copy of 13 - weight) to use the value in VTTK-FAHZTDA as base Problem; When running the shipment cost, the price condition is inactive. The reason is that SAP is running a material_unitconversion (when using condition type not C is doesnt happen but I cant create the price record as variable - 10 per 1), and because the source is in H and the qty in the shipment cost is blank, it inactivates the condition under message S297

Any ideas? thanks in advance
