Hi,
I have a query which has 6 variables set for user input. When I run it on my system it shows all 6 variables. However one user is is facing a problem wherein only 5 variables are being shown in this screen - the sixth one (Completion Date) is not available there.
The problem seems specific to one user since I spoke to another user who is able to see those 6 variables for selection.
I checked in the personalization options but there doesn't seem to be any setting to hide the variable.
This user is logging in through the portal (we have single sign on) but since other users are also logging in from there and not facing a problem, this doesn't seem to be the problem either. Any ideas?

Hi Vishal,
No, he is not using a different query. He sent me a screen shot. All the other variables are the same. The technical name and description on the title of the selection screen dialog are the same, and there is no other query with a similar name. He is using the same query, that is certain.
Hi Suhas,
The User might have turned on Perrsonalisation for that variable. You have to run the query at User's desk, but instead of clicking the refresh button, use the Change Variable that pops up when u click change query button.
Here remove personalisation for that Varible.
This will solve ur problem. If you cant help the user at his desk, guide him with navigation steps.
Arun
