i want to know is dere any tcode which displays how many times and by whom and what are the changes made to sales order.

Hi,
Go to tcode VA03 and enter your order number then click on enter in the next screen follow the menu path Environment -> Changes.
Then in the coming selection screen enter the details about the order and execute.
