SAP ByDesign Romania and Luxembourg

Hello,

Could you confirm what functionalities and aspects are localised in SAP ByDesign for Romania and Luxembourg. I'm especially interested in Financials - VAT regulations, specific taxes and other financial issues if they exist, customs etc. What about languages and holidays?

In the current roadmap for Business ByDesign both of the countries you mention are provided as "tax-basic" this means localisation requirments will need to be supplied by an implementation partner using the SAP localisation toolkit.
