U can create new condition category for pricing with the help of ABAP consultants.

As Per my knowledge this is SAP Standards, we can not create OR change this.

We want to categorize the condition types based on cess, higher education cess, excise, additional tax etc.
By doing this we can avoid hard coding of pricing condition types for making reports.
When a new pricing condition type is created it affects other reports also.
Due to this I thought of incorporating new condition category based on which reports can be made.
