default password expires on first logon. you need to set it back to the prior password again.

1) go to http://<host>:5<nr>00/useradmin

2) log in as administrator

3) change password for administrator & SLDDSUSER

4) put dummy password here, save and log off

5) re-login again with each user, the password expires for first time, here, enter actual password.

6) if still not working, change the password of secure store as santhosh described.

Hi Bhavyasri,

If you had changed the admin password you need to update the same in Secure Storage as well using config tool.

Following is extract from SAP note 701654

Use the Config Tool to change the entry in secure storage as follows:

1. Start the Config Tool.

(Execute <SAPj2eeEngine_install_dir> \configtool\configtool.bat.)

2. Select the secure store node.

The configuration for the secure storage in the file system appears.

3. Select the admin/password/<SID> entry.

4. Enter the administrator user's new password in the "Value" field and choose "Add".

5. Choose "File" --> "Apply" to save the data.

Note: Contrary to the message that appears, you do not need to restart the server or cluster for this change to take effect.

6. Finally restart SDM server

Let me know if this solves ur problem

Cheers,

Santhosh
