Define Numbering Series in Administration Module Error

Hi

Even for the system tables, if i write a query and execute it works fine and if i try to save the query to work it in the PLD ,when i click the SAVE button it throws error as "Define Numbering Series in Administration Module" in the status bar, what is the problem? What may be the solution?

in order to narrow down the series that has not been created, check the query and have a look at the series for that particular document. Please, check the following:

- a series has been selected for the current posting period

- the period indication is the same selected for the posting period

- there is enough number to add new documents.

Strange enough - some users are able to use it and some are not able to use it

Does the user has full authorization for :

Administration>System Initialization>Series.

Please also see if the DB is affected by note: 1111802

admin->system intialiation->document numbering. normally we do this one.
