Vf04 error.

Hi ,

I am getting an error where in VF04 transaction , i want to bill all the sales order on a perticutar data.

say i have 10 sales order which should be billed on 30/07/2008.

but when i run vf04, only few order are billed say 6. and the remaining are not skip.

can any one please say why this skip take place.

Dear Kuntla

First of all ensure that the deliveries that are not displayed in VF04 are PGId. Second ensure that it is not invoiced already. Also check whether any billing block is set in the sale order.

Hi,

make sure that the billing date for the line item of the sales order which skipped is not beyond 30.07.08. However even if its beyond you can go to VA02 and change the billing date on these line items and have all o fthem billed on 30.07 as you required.

Hi,

Pls check ur billing dates, u can either find them in your order or in the delievery. Based on this in the range give those dates.

If still all of them are not picked up, it could be that all the orders or all the deliveries wouldnt have got completed in all respects.
