AUC details of Final Asset in ANEK-ZUONR

Hi,

We run settlements via CJ88 or CJ8G to settle multiple AUC's to Final Asset(FA).

We like to have the Assignment field (ANEK-ZUONR) filled with multiple AUC's # of the FA for tracking purpose.

We tried FI substitution, but it didn't worked.

No option to write Substitution at Asset Line item level.

Several orders / WBS elements are settled to a multiple asset under construction
WBS element has been created as a capital investment measure (that is, with an investment profile with AuC class).

Also checked SAP note 120723 & 86801, but the program RACORR83_A mentioned in the note is available in our system.

We are in 6.0 [SAPK-61713INSAPFIN]

Can you suggest how to populate the multiple AuC's # in FA.

Thanks -Dave

Hi Dave,

Hope the issue is resolved. If so, please share the resolution for benefit of the community.

One of the options that, I am sure, you would've considered:

Will not the WBS elements (source of AuCs) assignment to the final asset be adequate? (refer an asset in explorer (AW01N) below).

Depending on configuration (investment profile, asset class/account determination etc.), (if it is a must) AuCs can have unique B/S accounts for better trail balance reporting!

thanks, Mathavan
