Problem when running query

Dear all,

When I run my created query, the system display the message

You do not have authorization for access with activity 03 on the InfoProvider IC071801.

Function Module /SDF/AL_MAP_TRANSID_LOGH does not exist.

I also search through the forum and when I check the authorization object 0BI_ALL, it does not exist in my system.

Is this because of the activation of the technical BI content failed?
