Need help with data labels on pie charts when I move them they jump haff way accross the screen?

I have Crystal Reports 2016 service pack 4. When I preview a report and you go to move a data label to arrange it to look better on the chart of the pie graph, It jumps instead of moving to where I put it. Any suggestions?

Hi Tammie,

Go to the Chart Expert > Options tab > Uncheck "Auto-arrange".

Let me know if this works.
