    Hi,

When ur excuting report to posting to FI, you need configure fiscal year for 2009. U need to discuss with your FI Consultant.

In SPRO > Financial Accounting > Fiscal Year Variant option is there U need to go there and configure the fiscal year. Otherwise( If U don't have an Idea) U need to discuss with your FI Consultant. Then they will easily clarify the Doubt.

    Regards

    Hi chinghwa,

Probably, your Finance people have not yet opened the 2009 periods for data entry.

    Pls contact them.

    Hi

This is an FI error, you need to talk to the FI person of your company.

In General, you have two things, Calendar year and Fiscal year.

Calendar year means, The general one January-December.

Fiscal year is different, some companies have fiscal year from July-june 30th or 31st etc etc, it depends on your companies policies of the Financial and Accounting Dept. Some may use Calendar year as Fiscal year.

Please talk to FI person and ask him to open the periods. It will resolve the issue.

    Regards

    Krish
