MF50

Hello,

Am doing MF50 in ECC6 version when am executing this after indicating the plant nad the material (many material been try) there always no success. there is a message always prompting "No elements exist for the selection" what should i do for me to have my mF50 successful?

Dear Ryan,

Are you able to see planned orders in MD04 without any exception messages?

If there's any exception message please check the production version in the material master whether after

clicking on the check BOM & routing( or Rate routing) exists.Then check the scheduling parameters for

Planned orders ,this setting can be checked in T code OPU5.

Also kindly what's the planned order type for the planned oders which you see in MD04.

Hi guys,

Scheduling level field = Detailed Planning.

when check MD04 i have see two planned orders.

0018059891/STPO* no exemption

0018059892/STCK* exemption 52

is these data could help guys.

Dear Ryan,

i think for Error message 52 stands for - No proper BOM is selected or no BOM explosion or no routing has

been picked,After reading the error message kindly do the necessary checks and take an MRP run again

and then check in MF50.I hope then your problem will be solved...

Can you plz update on this,so that I can help you in this regard...

Hi Rayan,

Plaese change the Scheduling level field = Detailed Planning to to Rate base planning then try and come back. As we do rate base planning in REM through rate routing.

Dear Ryan,

Check these parameters,

1.BOM Selection value in MRP4 view of the material master record.

2.Production version for green signal(Check whether have you asigned Routing or Rate routing & BOM

combination).Validity Dates of the Production version & Lot size.

3.Scheduling Parameters of the planned order in OPU5.

4.Take MRP Run and check the planned orders in MD04 and please click on one planned order in MD04

and mention here what error message the system is giving.

If above everything is ok check in MF50 and even after evrything is ok but if you not able to see any values

in MF50 means revert back to the forums.

Hello Mangalraj.S,

there is no production version maintain in MRP4 of the material. and in OPU5

Plant=0334,Order Type=, PrSched=, prodcution scheduler=blank, LTP=check

Plant=0334,Order Type=PE, PrSched=*, prodcution scheduler=blank, LTP=blank

Hi,

You do these steps for REM production First:

mm01 : Material Master

- MRP - 4 view you click REM-maitain rem profile

cs01 : Create Bom

cr01 : Create Work Center

ca21 : Create Rate Routing

mm02 : Prodn Version.

Please change the Scheduling level field = Detailed Planning to to Rate base planning then try and come back.

Hello Ryan,

First check in MD04 , whether you have requrements and receipt elements available for your material.

Checks the date in MD04.

if you put a equivalent date range in planning table then you will able to see the requirement elements and receipt elements in the planning table.

Have you done the required seeting in SPRO?

I already chech MD04, and it has Rec qty and available qty. what SPRO did you mean? what should i do, it is still the same message when executing MF50.

Please check the following

1) To access the planning table production version is mandatory.So,define the production in mrp 4 view

2) Material must be an in house production.So,please check the procurement key

Dear Ryan,

Are you facing this problem in REM scenario?If that's the case kindly check whether the planned orders

that you have got after MRP run are without any inconsistency.If you have planned order's with an

exception message,scheduling data inconsistency,then you may get this error in MF50.

So check the Stock/Requirement's list in MD04,and also while entering the input data select the proper

date format & input selection parameters.

Hi Guys,

am new with this transaction MF50, am replicating the issue in ECC6 of ours. i just put MRP Area=0334, Plant=0334, material=8902, start=31.07.2008, end=28.12.2008 and period=Week. please guide me with this? how could i get a material that suit for this transaction? am just refering mterial in plant 0334 in table MARC. i want to use material in this plant.

Hi Ryan,

In REM u can use planning table (MF50) for capacity planning. Please check with following things,

1. Define Scheduling Parameters for Planned Orders - OPU5

Please check "scheduling " and "Generate capacity req" check box has beeb acitvated under one scheduling level for order type PE/ plant comibination at OPU5.

2. You must have created workcenter for the production line,

3. you must enter the workcenter in the prodution version in MRP view.

4. you must have created any routing with workcenter.

5.you must enter the routing, to the scheduling level (defiend at OPU5) in the production version.

5. Maintain scheduling data in front screen of the planning table (MF50)

Now enter Production line in MF50, check capacity data. plz try and come back
