Hi Experts

We provide IT services for Business and hardarews for building IT infrastructure. We want to implement SAP PS for ourselves.

I have not done any IT projects so far. Can anybody tell me about the stages/phases of an IT Project which caters services to customers?

Is there any standard scenario of IT projects in SAP Solution composer?

Hi Pallavi,

In IT project there are only three profile which you need to maintain against the cost & Revenue.

T & M Proejct

Time = Billed i,e Revenue

Fixed Project

Milestone = POC

Billing = Rev

Fixed & Billed

Based on SLA's

Bill = Rev
