Norms list for Sub contracted items

Can you pls explain and what table,transaction is used to get Total norms list dump - CS03 - total norms list for the sub contracted items, as in CS03 only one item can be viewed.

Do we get the report on the consolidated list of sub-contracted items with NORMS
