SAP Customer Checkout Questions

I am using SAP Customer Checkout with SAP Business One and I have the following questions:

1) Is it possible to set discount percentage limit for each user on a single POS?

2) Is it possible to set a separate cash account for each user on the same POS?

3) In the setup of the price lists in SAP Business One you can set that the price list is in "Gross Price" (i.e. In the invoice it excludes the tax from the price fetched from the price list instead of adding it to it).
However I noticed that in SAP Customer Checkout it adds the tax regardless if the price list is in Gross Price or not, which doubles the tax amount.
Is there a standard way in SAP Customer Checkout to achieve the same above behavior of SAP Business One?

Hello Amlood,

you can set different percentages on User or role level in a single SAP Customer Checkout. This should be described in the guides which we provide in the installation folder of SAP Customer Checkout.

Different cash account on user level can't be selected / maintained. You can use different accounts for different currencies. If you need that, you have to develop a plugin and maybe also an extension to B1i, if B1 is the backend.

The flag "gross price" in the pricelist configuration has the following effect

Pricelist in B1

Pricelist maintained in SAP Customer Checkout, Button „Gross Price” is active, full synch of article is made

Price in sales screen is selected with 10.00 EUR per item, and posted with a total of EUR 20,00

The the button “Gross price” is deactivated (new synch is needed)

Unit price in Sales screen is 11.90 EUR (10.00 + 19% tax) and Receipt is posted with a total of EUR 23,80
