Hi,

If last operation control key is not with auto goods reciept then u can't make GR at operation level

U have to go in MB31 and do GR against ur production order u can see ur confirmed quantity in COOIS.

OR

Check ur control key of 4th opration is haveing milestone confimation or not.

As you have mentioned 5 operations in routing , till the time you confirm the 5th operation it will show in the similar way you have mentioned.

Second thing is that what is your requirement/scenerio...... in SAP what ever is done in real business scenerio ....... we can stimulate the same . But it is not possible if we think some imaginery scenrio & then try to map the same

Hy,

You have to cancel the earlier Confirmed 4th operation.Then you have to Chnage the Assign Control key to Control key PI03 - Process manuf. with autom. goods receipt.

Then reconfirm the 4 th operation and find the GR qty for that order in COOIS report.

During confirmation of 4 th operation click on final confirmation and save. if u have set auto GR the finished product would get posted to finished stores or go to MB31 tr code enter the movement type 101 enter the order and save.if you want to post it automatically. tick auto GR at control kep or production scheduling profile.

Hi!,

Some clarity is needed on your question:

Whether you are talking about the operation yield or goods receipt quantity. If its conformed yield then system must show for all four opeartion you have confirmed on COOIS confirmation view and if you are talking about goods receipt quantity then system will not show the same as you have not done GR due to deletion of the last operation with control key allowing auto GR. If you want you can make GR through MB31 now. I hope this will help in solving the problem.
