Hi,
Recently, we have upgraded our DNS server to 2003 servers, since then, we started to have problems with Crystal 9 enterprise but not Crystal XI enterprise. The problem was scheduled reports failed to deliver, the error message was: "login error, CrystalEnterprise.Smtp:SMTP_E_AUTH_FAILED(535)". Could someone help me out on this please.

Hi Jinsong,
I looked up the error message you're receiving and found Note #1215705 which states it is a logon error. I would suggest to verify the Job Server settings as well as testing this outside of BOE. Try using telnet/mailman to confirm you are still able to send emails from the CE9 jobserver machine.
