unable to login to AMT

Hi

Iam unable to login to AMT .I have applied the notes as well ie 657434 and 687679.

There were two entries in the table SMO_AUTH_SYS with one of the entries value = -1.when i ran the report INSERT_SMO_AUTH_SYS,i got another entry with a value = 0.

I have deleted one entry on the ides ie value = -1 because there should be only one value=0 in the table SMO_AUTH_SYSto be able to login to AMT for the first time.

Still iam not able to login to AMT ,help me to proceed further .

    Hi,

    the both notes are only relevant for activating of the authorization but not for being able to start the tool.

    Did you assign at least one USERS subscription (for your user) and the EMPLOYEE subscription to the AMT site? And did you also check the local IDES DB regarding these tables smousers and smomitabt?
