hai

i am doing pharam industry

ido purchase requestion for so many materials.

every time i was typed each item level item text typed.

this item text storage table i did not get.

every time item text typing problem.

pls suggest item text which table inside stored, pls tell me

You can also use Standart text as long text. Create Standart text using TC: SO10 and then insert it in PR long text view from menu path: Insert>Text>Standart.

What ever Text you Maintained in the Material Master will be Copied into Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders etc Automatically.

If you Use Material Master the Respective text will be copied into other Documents.

If you are not Using Material Master, Then you should type the Text Manually and there is no other Option for this.

Maintain item text in Material master then it automatically comes in to your purchase requisition you need not to maintain manually in PR

Hi,

These long text are not stored directly into any table. But you can read those long texts using function module "READ_TEXT".

For you problem you can maintain your long text in material master and then you can get it copied into your purchase requisition. For e.g. Material PO text you can maintain in view "PO Text" and it will get copied into your PR.

Hi,

Are you creating Purchase Requisitions with materials? If yes then enter the material no and press enter, it will bring the material text from material master automatically, you need not to type it manually.

If you are creating Purchase Requisitions without materials then you have to type item text manually, it will not come automatically.
