We are in progress of updating an oracle database from 10g to 12c, however the database has Crystal Reports 2013 and Central Management Console being used in conjuction with it. I understand that post upgrade to 12c Crystal 2013 is unable to be used. Hence can you advise which version of Crystal we need to upgrade to assume Crystal 2016, but more importantly which version of CMC needs to be upgraded to.
