Hi,

I have to read from a ticket (service request) the UserStatus.

In prvious releases it was staored under ServiceRequestUserLifeCycleStatusCode (when you use a webservice).

In ABSL I cant find this field. How can I proceed?

Thanks

Jens

Hi,

You can find it under "ServiceTerms" association. ( You could also see this under <ServiceTerms> node in WSDL (web service)

You can read it for current ticket as follows:

var tt = ServiceRequest.Retrieve(this.ID);

if( tt.IsSet() ) {

var userstatuscode = tt.ServiceTerms.ServiceRequestUserLifeCycleStatusCode ;

}

Or you can retrive a perticular ticket based on query ( Check the Repository Explorer ->Service Request which has exmaples on how to read a ticket)

Hope this helps :-)

Thanks & Regards

Suchita
