unit of measure conversion

Hi Experts,

1) Is there any FM which converts the Value of UOM to Another UOM

Example : MY Base UOM for one material MM03 is "CS " but in the Delivery order the Delivery UOM is "LAYER" so i have to convert the CS to LAYER is There any FM to do this?

2)after this convertion i have to perform rounding on this Quantity

pls let me any FM

Function MATERIAL_UNIT_CONVERSION. Convert from input unit to the base unit and then from base unit to required unit.

Flag kzmeinh is used when you call it to indicate if you want it to convert from meinh to base (flag set), or from base to meinh.

In Material Master Data (MM01 / MM02) --> Additional Data, it is possible to maintain unit of Conversion.

but this FM is not suitable to my requirement because in this

1 CASES eq 20 items in my requirement 1 CASES eq 12 items.

Please help me if any other FM.
