Changing stock account during Tranfer posting

We have a little subsidiary in Romania, which usually sell our products (imported from Italy) in Romania. Now they will begin to assembly some small electric panels using, some components that usually they sold.
An accounting employee of this company told me which is necessary, create a new Storage location (in teh same places), becuase we have to separate Stock for Sell from Stock for Production. I Thought to use 311 oe 313/315 movemnt types to move using MIGO or MB1B materials from Sell Warehouse to Production warehouse. The collegue told me that is necessary by law change the stock account too from "Stock for Sales' to Stock for Production, but Trasnfer posting movement don't change the stock. How is possible to find a solution inside the SAP ?
Thanks very much for your help.

You can only manage one material with different stock accounts if you do split valuation.

Without split valuation you only have one valuation class and this means you can only have one stock account per plant.

    Hi Jurgen
I suppose it was possible using Split-Valuation.
I've configured my system using documentation found in few threads, but I can't undestand why rather I've assigned a Valutation category to a Material (1), I can't found any Valutation types (2) when I create a new accounting view for the same material as in the picture, teh system issue the message M3790. What is missing ? Can you help me,please ?sv1.png

    Thanks Claudio
