Hi all,
Can anyone explain how a manager can view candidates against requisitions that they have raise. I am using service hrrcf_a_requi_monitor and can see all requisitions that have been raised by a manager. On the publications tab at the bottom of the screen, I can see all associated publications for each requisition. However, on the candidate assessment tab no candidates are appearing, despite candidates being assigned to the requisitions within e-recruitment. The manager has roles SAP_RCF_MANAGER and SAP_RCF_DECISION_MAKER. I have a number of questions.
1) Should the manager be able to see all candidates as soon as a candidacy exists for the requisition?
2) Does a specific activity - I have read that questionnaires are used - need to be created by the recruiter in order for a manager to see a candidate? If so, which one?
3) Within service hrrcf_a_requi_monitor in MSS, there is a category of 'shortlisted'. What determines a candidate being placed in this 'shortlisted' category? There is no corresponding cateogry within e-recruitment.
There is also a service hrrcf_a_req_assess for candidate assessment. Is this required as part of the process and is so, should it be before or after the requisition monitor? Within hrrcf_a_req_assess no requisitions are showing, despite them being raised by the manager.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim
