Why does WebIDE and SAP HANA Workbench load very slow?

I am working with WebIDE and HANA workbench for quite sometime now. I am wondering if it's only me but it always takes aroung 3-7mins to load in my browser. For WebIDE, when it finally loads I sometimes get an error: "Unhandled Error: Timeout during method configure of service rightsidebar". Then I would reload and wait for another 3-7 mins for it to load again. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Please help me understand.

The loading should not take that long, so let's try and find out the reason for that...

Which Web IDE version are you using? Also what is your location and with which region are you working?
