Hi,
Using the OM relationship of O-S-P.
Take the employee pernr. map the A002 relation ship in HRP1001.
You can get Reports to manager pernr.
Using this Reports to managers pernr again assign the A002 relationship and fine the 2nd level
and then by using this pernr fing the 1st level.
If you need detail in OM. Then check in HR/HCM module.
